Para-Disability Coaching Workshop

Topic: Learning Design and Collective Problem Solving in Paralympic Sport
High-performance Paralympic sport contexts provide rich and valuable contexts for innovation by challenging our approaches to learning and problem solving. In this workshop, Ross and Alex will curate an environment for attendees to connect and collaborate with other coaches to share insights, experiences and global perspectives on challenges in Para sport contexts. The workshop will explore design principles and frameworks that will demonstrate how solution-focussed mindsets and
coach collaboration and co-design can impact athlete and coach development. Using attendees’ current challenges and questions, this practical workshop will support attendees to think different about coaching practice.
